Refund policy

At Asali Origins, we're committed to providing you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. To maintain the integrity of our products and operations, please note our policy regarding returns and refunds:

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases including sale items and gift cards with the exception of defects or damage as outlined. This policy allows us to ensure the quality and uniqueness of our offerings, as well as to keep our prices fair and accessible.

We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and sizing (where applicable) before making a purchase. We do offer store credit if you need to exchange an item for another different size but there is a 5% restocking fee. If you have any questions about a product, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team before placing your order. We're always happy to help you make an informed decision!

Defective or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We only replace items if they are damaged during the printing process or while being shipped to you. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same item, please send us an email customerservice@asaliorigins.com with a photo of the damaged item(s).

We have a 30-day return policy for defective or damaged items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a request, email us at customerservice@asaliorigins.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the supplier warehouse address located on the packing slip. Items shipped back without first requesting a return or to any address other than the supplier warehouse will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned even if damaged, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Return Shipping Information

This information should be included in your original package. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you from our supplier may vary.

If you are shipping more than $75 of items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
